Send in your peanuts

I am sure you have enjoyed your Monkey March, and I am sure you would like to see all your fantastic efforts going to special children in your community.

1. Send in your stories and photos to
   monkeymarch@caudwellchildren.co.uk
   
   
2. Collect all the envelopes and count the sponsorship money raised.
   
   
3. Nurseries & playgroups can keep 25% for their own activities. Please keep your 25% before sending in your money.
   
   
4. Send all the envelopes and money to Caudwell Children, to cover the cost of postage for the envelopes take the amount required from the money raised and send the receipt with the Caudwell Children payment form.
   
   
5. Fill out the Caudwell Children form and send in the money to, Monkey March, Caudwell Children, Minton Hollins Building, Shelton Old Road, Stoke on Trent, ST4 7RY
   

Complete the form and forward all the information required with the monies raised at your Monkey March
